MarvellHealth Honey Impregnated Gauze Dressing helps maintain a moist wound healing environment while permitting the passage of exudate into a secondary dressing. MarvellHealth Honey Impregnated Gauze Dressing indicated for use on wounds with any drainage level. MANUKA HONEY - New Zealand Manuka Honey can enhance wound healing, promotes autolytic debridement, amplify the regeneration of tissue and even decrease pain in patients suffering from burns. LOW PH LEVEL - Manuka Honey has a pH of ~3.9 (acidic), Low pH level improve tissue oxygenation which increases resistance to infection and promotes healing. ODOR CONTROL – MarvellHealth Honey Impregnated Gauze Dressing eliminates the odor at the source, rather than masking it. Removing malodor improves patient confidence and mental well-being. AUTOLYTIC DEBRIDEMENT - 100% Manuka Honey creates a moist wound environment, facilitating autolysis by drawing exudate from the wound through powerful osmotic action, while simultaneously rehydrating devitalized tissue and safe and effective debridement and desloughing.
