The Nordika Series Santoku knife has an Asian design ideal for preparing meat, fish and vegetables. It is distinguished by its perfect balance and its sharp blade. The alveoli facilitate cutting, preventing food from sticking to the blade. In addition to having a good surface finish, it has rounded lines to improve grip.
PRECISION AND SMOOTHNESS: Made using a patented technique by ARCOS called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. It is the result of shaping stainless steel with nitrogen to obtain a powerful and ultra-resistant tool.
SOFT GRIP: The handle is made 100% from ovengkol, a hard wood sourced from a tree native to Africa, that comes from well-managed FSC certified forests. Another of its main characteristics are its brass rivets that give the handle an avant-garde design.
