Cooking Directions In a 4 qt. saucepan, precook 1 lb. meat of your choice to internal temperature of 165Â°F for chicken or 160Â°F for sausage. If using seafood, there is no need to precook.Add meat or seafood to 6 cups of water and bring to a boil.Add Cajun Land Gumbo and Rice EntrÃ©e Mix, stir well, and return to a boil.Reduce heat to low, cover pot, and simmer for 20 minutes.Remove from heat (add oysters at this time if you wish to do so), let stand for 5 minutes, then serve.
