It ensures your pills are with you when you need them. QUICK & EASY START & OPERATE: Before first use, pull out the battery insulator tab. Hold down for three seconds to reset the timer. One click to stop an active alarm. One more click to return to the previous alarm setting. ALARM FEATURES: Two types of alarm modes: either "audio and flashing", or "silent and flashing". 14 countdown alarm time presets. One button sets an alarm. Hold it down for three seconds TO RESET the timer. One click TO STOP all active alarms. One more click TO RESTART the current alarm. When the audio alarm goes off, it beeps thrice for 10 seconds within 3 minutes. The red flashing LED light will continue to alert you for 1 hour and after One hour the timer goes in sleeping mode.
